Automation QA

• Ensuring that QA process of Risk platform is well defined, planned and executed
• Develop an automated testing suite to allow for back end automated type testing for the supported application
• Work to implement this automated framework into the release cycle for both regression testing as well as build and deployment validation
• Developing an end-to-end testing strategy with project stakeholders to ensure that the application rollouts to users meet business requirements and technical design specifications
• Executing test plans, systems integration testing, and documentation of testing results in ALM in conjunction with the development team and other project stakeholders
• Collaborating closely and communicate well with senior development leads and business analysts through every step of the SDLC
• Managing and tracking defects to resolution
• Analyzing test results and producing consolidated test reports and metrics
• Identifying and mitigating QA risks through escalation of issues to project team and management when necessary
• Creating and delivering test artifacts such as estimates, test plan, test case, traceability matrix, and QA status reports
• Continuously improving QA turnaround time by implementing test automation frameworks
• Facilitate continuous QA process improvements by receiving feedback on existing processes and implementing improvements wherever there are obstacles

• 5+ years of application development and implementation experience
• A BS/BA degree or higher
• 5+ years of testing or quality assurance experience
• Experience architecting and building test automation frameworks
• 3+ years of experience with System Integration Testing (SIT)
• 3+ years of UNIX experience
• 3+ years of Java experience
• 1+ year of JIRA experience
• 1+ year of compliance and regulatory systems experience

• 3+ years of financial services industry experience
