IT Technician/Power BI Analyst

• Provide technical support for operating systems, software applications, and network connectivity issues
• Monitor system health and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user guides
• Collaborate with IT team members to support and enhance the organization’s technology infrastructure
• Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * Proficiency in Microsoft tools and learning new software (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Excel)
