Job description

We are looking for a Remote Data Operation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong abilities in order and organization, with a keen attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our organization’s data management and ensure accuracy and efficiency.

What does the day-to-day look like in this role?

The day-to-day in this role combines operational and analytical work around data and campaigns. As part of the role, you will work closely with Campaign Managers, pull data from various systems, create daily and weekly Excel reports, perform data checks and cross-referencing within large datasets, and ensure that the data is accurate, accessible, and clearly presented to support decision-making.

In addition, the role includes presenting data to Campaign Managers and Team Leads in the Media Department, as well as identifying anomalies or gaps in the data. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, Excel, and data, pays strong attention to detail, stays organized and accurate, and can respond quickly to needs that come up in the day-to-day work., * Enter and maintain accurate data into our systems with a high level of precision and attention to detail.

  • Organize and sort incoming data, ensuring it is categorized correctly for easy retrieval.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting, generating reports and summaries as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve any data-related issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data security policies.

Requirements

  • B.A. in analytical fields
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role .
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data-related issues.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent English: written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Knowledge with AI tools
