Senior QA Automation Engineer

Hands-on senior individual contributor responsible for building and scaling automated quality engineering across Customer and Commercial product teams. Owns automation frameworks and CI/CD integration so quality is engineered in from discovery through production, enabling fast, confident releases., Required Skills - API, UI, E2E Testing CI/CD integration Job Duties - Embed automation strategy into product discovery, MVPs, and releases; advocate for testability and observability in design. Define and maintain automation frameworks and standards for UI, API, end-to-end, data, performance, and security testing. Build and operate reliable, fast, low-flake automated suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines. Improve maintainability through refactoring, reusable components, test data strategy, and environment management. Reduce manual testing through scalable automation and clear quality gates. Lead complex automation initiatives end-to-end; provide reference implementations and patterns for teams. Communicate release readiness, risk, and automation coverage to product and business stakeholders. Ensure auditability/compliance by embedding traceability and evidence generation into pipelines; align with Security/Platform standards.

Job Requirements - Bachelor’s in CS/Engineering (or equivalent experience). 8+ years building and sustaining automated QA solutions at scale. Strong ability to explain quality risk and automation value in business terms. Experience working in product teams; enterprise systems experience preferred (e.g., supply chain). Test automation: API, UI, E2E; automation-first QE practices. CI/CD integration and test execution at scale. Performance, resilience, and security testing automation. Desired Skills & Experience - Cloud-native systems testing experience.
