About the company

At Unifi Healthcare, we are reimagining what healthcare can be-accessible, compassionate, and truly patient-centered. Our mission is to deliver a seamless, personalized experience that empowers individuals and supports them through their healthcare journey, helping people live longer, safer lives in the comfort of their own homes. Through our growing network of services and partners, we are building a model that reduces complexity, supports caregivers, and reimagines how at home healthcare is delivered across the U.S.

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to set the technical direction for our AI work and build alongside the team. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll write code, shape architecture, and help the engineers around you do their best work.

What the work actually looks like:

  • Lead the design and build of AI-powered features that take administrative weight off care teams
  • Stay hands-on in the codebase
  • Set the bar for how we build with AI: tooling, patterns, evaluation, and what “good” means
  • Mentor engineers and grow the team’s AI fluency
  • Partner with product and clinical teams to solve real problems for real people
  • Make pragmatic calls where healthcare reality and tech-world best practices meet
