System Center Configuration Manager Administrator

• We are seeking an experienced SCCM Technician to support enterprise endpoint management, software deployment, operating system administration, and IT infrastructure operations. This role will be responsible for automating software installations, managing security patching activities, deploying operating systems, and maintaining endpoint compliance across a large enterprise environment., * Administer and maintain Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environments.
• Automate software deployments, operating system imaging, and security patch management.
• Manage endpoint device lifecycles, including provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Monitor and maintain system compliance across enterprise devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM deployment, application distribution, and operating system issues.
• Provide support for Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments.
• Support Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and Microsoft Office 365 platforms.
• Assist with network connectivity troubleshooting involving routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPN technologies.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and support activities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and desktop support teams to maintain stable IT operations.

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * German language proficiency is an absolute requirement for this position. Candidates who are not fluent in German will not be considered., * Bachelor’s degree required.

• 5-10 years of IT infrastructure, desktop support, systems administration, or endpoint management experience.
• Fluent German language proficiency (Required).
• Strong hands-on SCCM administration experience.
• Experience with software packaging, deployment, and operating system imaging.
• Experience managing enterprise patching and endpoint compliance.
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and Office 365.
• Experience supporting VPN technologies including RSA SecurID and Cisco AnyConnect.
• Knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
