Job description

PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a PIEE SME to join our team in support of our client in Indian Head, MD and remote., Support release management for the NAVSEA ERP Business Office (NEBO) for the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). Performs tasks related to deployment and sustainment of PIEE modules including:

  • Serve as liaison with NAVSEA PIEE Government Administrators (GAMs).
  • Assess PIEE releases for impacts to NAVSEA and provide the results of analysis to GAM Community.
  • Coordinate release testing with NAVSEA Subject Matter Experts in the appropriate PIEE module, compile results, and identify deficiencies along with business impacts.
  • Recommend business work-arounds for system defects.
  • Support PIEE release deployment to NAVSEA Users including preparation of pre-release communications, responding to end user trouble tickets, support release-related training, and monitor interface data for accuracy.
  • Prepare documentation required for end-user training.
  • Coordinate with users and the PIEE PMO to meet changing user access requirements, communicate defects, recommended solutions, and information security policies.
  • Respond to NAVSEA End User PIEE Help Desk Tickets.
  • Support data call responses to PIEE user community and/or auditors.
  • Apply thorough technical and business knowledge of the PIEE System in performing operations of complex difficulty in order for the system to meet the ongoing Navy business operations requirements.

Requirements

  • Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Must have at least seven (7) years of related experience in a PIEE and/or its modules.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Navy ERP experience is desired.
  • Familiarity with trouble ticket systems such as the National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM) or similar is desirable.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Any Business or IT discipline).

Education Substitution:

  • An additional three (3) years of directly related experience can be substituted for degree.
