Job description

Audio Integrators has been designing, installing, servicing, and supporting residential and commercial technology systems since 2007. With decades of combined industry experience, our mission is to provide one trusted point of contact for our clients’ technology needs.

We specialize in custom smart home and business technology solutions, including home automation, distributed audio/video, home theater, networking, lighting control, motorized shades, security, surveillance, access control, outdoor entertainment, golf simulators, conference rooms, restaurants, retail spaces, and more.

Our company is built on quality over quantity. From system design and engineering to installation, programming, service, and long-term support, we take pride in delivering clean, reliable systems and an exceptional client experience. Much of our business comes from repeat clients and word-of-mouth referrals, which means every project matters and every detail counts.

We are looking for more than just another technician. We are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and driven individual who can become a trusted right-hand person within the company. This is a key role for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly, leads by example, represents the company professionally, and is willing to work in the trenches with the team to deliver the best possible result.

The right candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and interested in growing with the company long term.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Serve as a professional client-facing point of contact, providing clear updates, answering questions, and representing Audio Integrators with confidence and professionalism.
  • Conduct quality control throughout the project to confirm systems are installed, programmed, labeled, tested, and completed to company standards.
  • Take ownership of the final 10% of each project by identifying loose ends, resolving outstanding issues, and making sure every detail is finished correctly.
  • Use hands-on technical knowledge to assist in the field when needed, including troubleshooting, trim-out, system testing, rack cleanup, programming support, and final adjustments.
  • Identify scope changes throughout the project and ensure appropriate change orders are documented, communicated, and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Train clients during final handoff, including transition demos and follow-up education, so they understand how to confidently use their system.
  • Update internal project records, notes, task lists, and follow-up items so the entire team has accurate information and nothing falls through the cracks.
