Join a Leader in Cemetery Management Software
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused professional to provide customer training, personalized technical support, and sales assistance for our cemetery management software solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers succeed, solving problems, and building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Train customers on the effective use of cemetery management software.
- Assist with software implementation, onboarding, and customer success initiatives.
- Provide personalized technical support to cemetery and death-care professionals via phone, email, and remote sessions.
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend software solutions and services.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing support and follow-up.
- Document support cases, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with development and management teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer support?, * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer and software troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to users of varying skill levels.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training, demonstrations, and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the cemetery, funeral, memorialization, or death-care industry.
- Experience with business software, databases, or customer support systems.
- Sales or account management experience.
- Advanced Technical/IT skills a plus
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience a plus.
- Experience in training software users or conducting presentations.
