Job description

  • Contributing to the analysis, design, build, implement and configure products using Workday HCM.
  • Analyze the high level requirements of the application and create Functional specification document, using Workday HCM.
  • Perform Workday report writing, data loading, scheduling reports HCM problem resolution and System testing.
  • Design and implement requirements in the Workday HCM solution, demonstrate the configurations through the iterative development of prototypes.
  • Coordinate projects and functions as the product liaison between customers, such as Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology staff, as necessary.
  • Assists in determining organizational needs for HR system implementation or upgrades by consulting with Human Resources, Payroll, managers and executives.
  • Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and system modifications including configuration, testing system changes, report writing, system upgrades, process improvements, troubleshooting and supporting current and future Workday HCM applications.
  • Evaluates users request for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and compute capabilities.
  • Designing, programming and implementing software applications and packages customized to meet specific client needs.
  • Formulates plan-outlining steps required to develop program, using structured analysis and design, Submits plans to user for approval.
  • Develop the web service and business layer to store and communicate with the database.
  • Designed and registering Managed Interfaces as part of the IT team.
  • Deployment, packaging, testing and documentation of the developed components.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration,Bio Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, CIS, MIS, or in a related field or and/or equivalent work experience in the relevant field.
