Requirements

Bachelor’s or advanced degree
4 years experience as a Developer, Solution Architect or Business Analyst in B2B IT system integration projects or related experience
Drupal programming experience is desirable, but not required
Experience building responsive web sites
Experience managing client relationships and varying types of deliverables
Familiar with Shipping Industry & Supply Chain landscape
Strong client service orientation and ability to be credible with senior clients in this area
Comfortable with presenting and leading workshops
Creative and analytical mindset possessing keen listening skills
Creative problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity
Able to present and describe technical functionalities to that less-versed in technology; Ease and comfort in presenting to all levels of an organization
Proficient in translating business requirements to technical specifications
Highly collaborative team player, yet able to function well independently

Key competencies and skills:

Experience with front-end web Development
Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and web integration
Knowledge of SEO coding best practices
Proficiency with Rest API technologies, XML, JSON, EDI, modern Integration tools, Data Analysis/SQL, Business Intelligence tools
Knowledgeable in all aspects of distributed application architecture including API, web services and application security protocols
Knowledgeable of business processes and applications (GCSS, RKEM, AFLS, GSIS, etc) in the business area
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting issues and tracking them to resolution
Prior experience crafting online/digital content
Ability to take ownership of our API Developer Portal in the face of customers, business stakeholders, application owners and Integration colleagues
Experience operating Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)
Ability to manage conflicting priorities
Ability to work in an agile, waterfall and hybrid environment, juggling multiple synchronous deliveries for various projects
Understanding of change management in our environment
Understanding of IT product lifecycle
High sense of urgency
Ability to work as part of a global, virtual team
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a matrixed environment
Ability and willingness to work off hours to support deployment and production verification
Must be articulate and inspire commitment to a higher standard
