IT Technician- Glenville, NY

• The Connector: Monitor branch connectivity and deploy routers to keep our network pulse strong.
• The Problem Solver: Tackle the “Big Four” (Computer, Phone, Email, Printer) via our ticketing system, ensuring no glitch slows us down.
• The Builder: Assemble high-performance workstations for new team members and master the rollout of critical software.
• The Gatekeeper: Manage system access, reset passwords, and serve as the first line of defense by spotting and reporting cybersecurity threats.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Associate’s degree in Information Sciences and Technology or equivalent education/experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with multitasking proficiency under tight deadlines.
• Independent worker with effective teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

• Fluent in English; bilingual a plus

• Access to reliable transportation

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering Technology.

Schedule

Full-time position; Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; (additional hours as required)

Physical Demands:

Primarily sedentary; includes use of standard office equipment.

Travel: Occasional travel using personal vehicle; overnight trips may be necessary. Valid driver’s license required.
