We are seeking a highly curious and creative AI Data/Business Analyst associate designed to support the workflow modernization of AI-enabled automated business workflow within a large-scale modernization program.

This role focuses on understanding current business processes, data flows, and user needs, then translating them into structured inputs that enable effective use of AI tools and emerging technologies.

Working closely with SME business analysts, data scientist, and engineering leads, this role will help shape how business context, requirements, and operational knowledge are captured and utilized by AI tools to improve automation, decision-making, and overall program efficiency., * Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and operational procedures

  • Work with SMEs and leads to identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted improvements
  • Break down complex processes into structured, logical steps that can be leveraged by other team members
  • Translate business requirements into clear, structured inputs for AI-enabled tools and workflows
  • Support development of context frameworks used by AI systems
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
  • Support data preparation and structuring for AI use cases
  • Can travel up to 10% to Washington, D.C.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project stakeholder communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, No programming experience is required. The AI Data/Business Analyst Associate must have:

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science / Associates Degree/ High School Degree
  • Experience: Related experience with BA/BS or Associates with 2 years of relaevant experience, High School Degree 4 years of relevant experience with
  • Required skills

  • Experience in data analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills with creative mindset
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with other program members and stakeholders
  • Curiosity about AI systems, how they work, and how to optimize generative AI responses
  • Comfort with iterative experimentation and attention to detail
  • Experience using AI tools
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Certifications in AI related areas

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
