Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Task Force General Manager with proven PEP (Property and Enterprise Platform) system experience to lead and oversee multiple hospitality operations. This pivotal role demands a passionate leader capable of driving excellence across hotel management, guest services, and revenue optimization. As a key figure in our organization, you will inspire teams, streamline processes, and elevate guest experiences while ensuring operational efficiency and financial performance. Your expertise in hospitality management, human resources, and PEP system implementation will be instrumental in achieving our strategic goals. Duties

  • Lead and coordinate multiple hotel properties or resort operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Oversee the implementation and utilization of the PEP system to optimize property management, revenue streams, and guest engagement strategies.
  • Supervise department heads across front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Drive revenue management initiatives by analyzing financial data, setting pricing strategies, and maximizing profitability.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained by monitoring guest relations, handling escalations, and promoting a guest-first culture.
  • Manage human resources functions including staffing, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Oversee budgeting processes, expense control, and financial reporting to meet organizational targets.
  • Maintain compliance with hospitality regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
  • Enhance guest experiences through innovative service programs, resort amenities management, and personalized guest interactions.
  • Conduct night audits when necessary to ensure accurate financial reconciliation and operational integrity. Skills

Requirements

  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse clientele effectively.
  • Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of hotel management systems with specific expertise in PEP platforms.
  • Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams across departments such as front desk operations, human resources, and guest relations.
  • Experience managing resort environments with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting overnight.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages enhances guest interactions and team collaboration. Qualification:

  • MUST HAVE PEP SYSTEM EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and complex field operations under tight
