Job description
We are hiring a Systems Engineer II (O365 Administrator) for a long-term contract opportunity supporting a large-scale airport technology environment. This role is responsible for administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD integrations. The ideal candidate will provide Tier 1/2/3 support, manage tenant configurations, monitor service health, and support identity, security, and collaboration tools across the enterprise., * Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related collaboration platforms.
- Manage user accounts, licensing, mail flow, distribution groups, security groups, and identity synchronization.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 security features, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
- Monitor tenant health, troubleshoot service issues, and provide Tier 1/2/3 support for Microsoft 365-related incidents.
- Manage Teams policies, channels, meeting configurations, telephony integrations, and collaboration governance.
- Support SharePoint Online administration, site permissions, document management, and content organization.
- Assist with Azure AD administration, application integrations, and identity lifecycle management.
- Implement configuration changes based on security, compliance, and operational best practices.
- Maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 configurations, policies, procedures, and inventory records.
- Support migrations, upgrades, and rollout of new Microsoft 365 features and services.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Video conferencing systems operation?, * 3-5 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 or enterprise Microsoft environments.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience with Microsoft identity services, MFA, Conditional Access, and security configurations.
- Proficiency with PowerShell for administration, automation, and reporting.
- Experience troubleshooting mail flow issues, identity synchronization problems, Teams-related issues, and SharePoint service disruptions.
- Experience managing user accounts, licensing, permissions, and collaboration settings.
- Strong documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Certifications such as MS-900, MS-700, MS-102, Azure Administrator, or related Microsoft certifications are preferred.
