Job description

To augment their project management team, the client is seeking dedicated Project Managers with domain expertise in at least one of the following areas:

Logistics Transportation Management (TM) and 3PL
Logistics Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) / Warehouse Management
Source-to-Pay / Ariba (procurement, both direct and indirect; Ariba experience strongly preferred)

These Project Managers will:

Bring hands-on experience leading ERP transformations, particularly SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Drive delivery across their respective functional workstreams.
Partner with business process owners to define user stories and gather requirements.
During delivery, support oversight of the Systems Integrator (SI), including management of offshore resources to ensure deliverables are met.
Facilitate issue resolution by organizing review sessions, documenting risks and issues, and driving them to closure.
Track and manage action items, ensure adherence to key milestones, and translate workstream activities into clear, actionable project plans.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, the SI, and the client s technical teams.

Requirements

Bachelor s or Master s degree preferred in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and experience of program management in an IT setting or equivalent experience.
SAP experience, including at least one full-cycle S/4HANA implementation in the Operations/Manufacturing domain.
Experience with discrete or process manufacturing environments is desired.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.

SKILLS

Knowledge of MDG, EWM, IBP, or Ariba integration is a bonus.
Exceptional leadership abilities and working with cross functional teams
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate project and program objectives to internal and external teams including clear, timely communication to stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to analyze complex data

Top Skills Details

7+ years experience as a Project Manager
ERP project experience (ideally SAP) within at least one of the following functions: Logistics, Transportation Management/3PL, Warehouse Management, Procurement.
Experience within regulated and/or manufacturing industry, and projects that are global in nature.
