Leading the implementation and optimization of clinical systems and technologies for efficient trial execution.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address system needs and opportunities for improvement.

Managing third party IRT vendors.

Writing UAT test plans.

Writing/executing UAT test scripts and completing UAT documentation.

Building and maintaining relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field

Significant experience in the management and optimization of clinical systems, with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes.

Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams effectively

Expertise in data analysis and system integration, with proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive system improvements in a complex organizational environment.
