SCADA / MES Developer

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SCADA / MES Developer to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) that optimize production processes. Your expertise will drive efficiency, ensure compliance with industry standards such as CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and support automation initiatives across our manufacturing facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of industrial automation, leveraging your technical skills to enhance operational excellence., * Develop, enhance, and support SCADA/MES applications

• Integrate manufacturing systems with PLC, ERP, and WMS platforms
• Perform application configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot issues, implement bug fixes, and optimize system performance
• Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Must-Have Skills

• Ignition HMI/SCADA development and support
• MES, Manufacturing Automation, and Process Control systems
• Python, SQL, and Expression Language
• PLC, ERP, and WMS system integration
• REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, JSON/XML
• Software development, troubleshooting, and system administration

Do you have experience in Web services design?, * Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

• Food & Beverage Manufacturing
• Manufacturing Automation
• Process Control Systems
• Industry 4.0 / Smart Factory environments

Good to Have

• OEE and Track & Trace knowledge
• Experience with Digital Transformation initiatives
• Understanding of manufacturing workflows and production operations

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
