IT Core Systems Manager

Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and resilience of our technology environment, empowering the organization to achieve its strategic objectives., * Conduct roadmap reviews with vendor and company stakeholders. Determine new products and assist with onboarding and delivery.

• Manage vendor contracts and obligations.
• Coordinate all product releases for Jack Henry products.
• Test and apply build packages for SilverLake products.
• Maintain file integrations, set up new users and assist with ongoing upgrades and new product rollout.
• Manage other systems such as Stremline, Synergy reporting, eSign, 4-Sight, Cognos, Yellow Hammer Fraud and Xperience Framework.
