Join our dynamic team as an IT Core Systems Manager, where you will lead the planning, implementation, and management of essential IT infrastructure and core systems that drive organizational success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a broad range of technologies, ensuring seamless operations, robust security, and continuous improvement. As a key player in our IT team, you will champion innovative solutions, foster collaboration across departments, and uphold best practices in IT service management. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and resilience of our technology environment, empowering the organization to achieve its strategic objectives., * Conduct roadmap reviews with vendor and company stakeholders. Determine new products and assist with onboarding and delivery.
- Manage vendor contracts and obligations.
- Coordinate all product releases for Jack Henry products.
- Test and apply build packages for SilverLake products.
- Maintain file integrations, set up new users and assist with ongoing upgrades and new product rollout.
- Manage other systems such as Stremline, Synergy reporting, eSign, 4-Sight, Cognos, Yellow Hammer Fraud and Xperience Framework.
