What you’ll do

• Build real software for real clients alongside senior engineers who’ll mentor you
• Work across the Microsoft .NET stack and Azure (with the occasional adventure outside it)
• Use AI coding tools fluently, and help us build AI into the applications we ship so they actually make users’ lives better
• Communicate directly with teammates and clients (clarity matters more than jargon)
• Learn constantly, ship quality work, and grow into the engineer you want to become
