Analytics Engineer

The Analytics Engineer at Client partners closely with business teams to design and deliver data solutions that drive decision-making, including advanced Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, and Alteryx analytics applications. This role blends strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical expertise to gather requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and enable self-service analytics across the organization. It’s a highly collaborative position focused on improving data quality, governance, and trust between business and IT.

• Strong ability to build complex dashboards, data models, and use DAX/Power Query for actionable insights
• Ability to gather requirements, translate business needs, and build trust between IT and business teams
• Solid experience with SQL, data warehousing, and transforming data from multiple sources.
• Experience building apps and analytics workflows that enable self-service data access
• Critical thinking skills to design scalable solutions and improve processes in financial services environments.
