Job description

Analyzes business needs, defines requirements, develops solutions, implements systems, and manages installed applications in support of the Business and Clinical applications. Maintains a thorough understanding of applications and databases in a complex client-server architecture and provides mentoring and leadership through knowledge of operations, supporting technology, and project management., * Provides systems analysis and support through customer service needs, system design, data queries, and reports.

  • Provides effective user training, troubleshoots system issues, and performs systems maintenance as needed.
  • Utilizes support systems, leads the development of these systems through feedback and analysis, builds vendor relationships, minimizes system outages, and sets the example for providing fiscal responsibility.
  • Applies project management principles, leads complex projects involving cross-functional departments, including scope, development, reporting, and execution plan.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains systems following policies and procedures, actively protects confidential information, conducts audits of systems and information, and maintains systems keeping resources secure.
  • Provides leadership to meet goals and objectives, establishes a team atmosphere, maintains expert level knowledge in technical and professional areas including mentoring and training staff.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Bachelor Degree in related Computer Science areas or equivalent experience, preferred., * Cadence certification, required.

  • Referral and Prelude certifications, preferred.

Skills:

  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, ability to communicate difficult or complex information for the purpose of education, or for influencing change.
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to juggle multiple and quickly changing priorities. Ability to organize data and people. Ability to analyze data and act upon it.
  • Must be able to document process and changes and be able to present in power points this information at meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team, accept direction from leadership and act as a role model for professionalism.

Experience:

2 years’ experience providing systems analysis support, required. Experience in health care environments, preferred.
