Senior Jira Administrator (Local to SC)

Do you have experience in Tooling?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Equivalent (4-years) related experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.

5+ years//’ experience in Jira administration, configuration, usage, and maintenance

5+ years//’ experience in Confluence administration, configuration, usage, and maintenance

2+ years//’ experience in creation and management of automated tasks and scripting

2+ years//’ experience in Complex JQL filtering and customdashboards

1+ years//’ experience in Successful migration or instance consolidation

Familiarity with additional Atlassian tools: Bamboo, FishEye, BitBucket, Requirements traceability, Git Integration for JIRA, Xray - Test management

2+ years//’ experience in implementing Jira and Confluence upgrades

Preferred Skills

Atlassian certifications

Experience documenting processes and procedures, runbooks; configuring products based on a business requirements document

Experience with application monitoring and alerting

Experience in User Access Review to determine appropriate User roles and responsibilities

Experience interacting with enterprise change management processes, including presentation to a Change Approval Board
