Business Systems & Analytics Manager

We’re looking for a Business Systems & Analytics Manager to take ownership of our systems, reporting, and internal IT environment-helping us run faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

About the Role

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll sit at the center of the business-owning our ERP, reporting, Microsoft 365 environment, and internal tools.

You’ll work directly with leadership across Sales, Finance and Operations to:

· Keep systems running smoothly

· Turn data into insights

· Improve processes as we scale

What You’ll Do

Systems & Tools

· Own and manage core business systems (NetSuite, Encompass, Amazon Seller Central, VIP, etc.)

· Maintain and improve integrations between systems (ERP, inventory, eCommerce, reporting tools)

· Troubleshoot issues and support team members across the company

· Ensure data accuracy and system reliability

Microsoft 365 & IT

Manage our Microsoft 365 environment, including:

· User accounts, permissions, and access controls

· Licensing and cost optimization

· Tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

· Support onboarding/offboarding (accounts, access, setup)

· Maintain basic IT security (MFA, permissions, device policies)

Mobile Device Management

· Manage company mobile devices (phones, tablets, laptops, etc.)

· Support setup, access, and troubleshooting for employees

· Maintain device security and compliance (MDM tools like Intune preferred)

Data & Analytics

Build and maintain dashboards across:

· Sales (Amazon + wholesale)

· Inventory & supply chain

· Financial performance

· Deliver insights to help leadership make better decisions

· Create clear, standardized reporting across teams

Process Improvement

· Identify opportunities to improve workflows across the business

· Automate manual processes and reporting where possible

Do you have experience in Technology management?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, Required:

· 3-7 years in a role involving systems, analytics, or IT administration

· Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)

· Experience managing Microsoft 365 users, permissions, and licenses

· Strong Microsoft suite skills (advanced)

· Ability to work independently and take ownership in a startup environment

Nice to Have:

· Experience with Amazon Seller Central / FBA

· Familiarity with inventory or supply chain systems

· Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

· Exposure to SQL, integrations, or automation tools (e.g., Celigo, APIs)

· Experience managing devices via Intune or similar MDM tools

· Highly organized and detail-oriented

· Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
