The Interim CTO will have executive oversight of four major functional areas within the system’s Technology Services Group, operating across a large, multi-site, highly complex hospital environment supporting 14 hospitals and a broad clinical and administrative user base: infrastructure, network and telecommunications, end-user computing and service delivery/engineering.

Service Delivery & Engineering
Lead technology service delivery and engineering functions across the enterprise
Oversee the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, backend platforms), Citrix / VDI, and virtualization technologies
Provide executive oversight to a small in-house AI development team and supporting engineering resources
Ensure consistent service quality, execution discipline, and alignment with enterprise priorities
