Job description

Baptist Health is looking for an IT Program Manager - HRIS to join our team in Louisville, KY!

The System IT Program Manager - HRIS is responsible for the strategy and operations of the HRIS components related to the Workday Cloud ERP application suite. He/She will proactively advise IT Director - Workday ERP on all matters related to budget, audit, and program/project management. The incumbent is responsible for the strategy and tactics of each area to ensure that the teams are in alignment with and in support of the strategic plans for Baptist Health and aimed at keeping Baptist Health on the forefront of growth and change.

Incumbent will proactively advise the IT Director - Workday ERP - with long term strategies related to budget, audit, change control and project management related to HRIS operations under the Workday ERP Cloud application. The Incumbent shall work collaboratively with each of the hospitals administration, Clinical Infrastructure and Field Information Services teams to ensure that the products and services offered are operating in a manner that meets the needs of the physicians, clinicians, nurses, and ancillary staff. The IT Program Manager - HRIS assists leadership team in activities related to IT Operations around budget and audit.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Bachelor’s degree or minimum four years’ experience in lieu of degree., * Experience leading in a management position in a multi-entity, complex and distributed environment.

  • Ten (10) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
  • Experience with implementing and supporting a HRIS Platform in a multi-facility healthcare environment preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth working knowledge of financial, supply chain and human resources
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent vendor and client management skills
