Job description
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IGA/IAM Developer with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Okta, IAM/IGA, AWS Infrastructure, and Java Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SailPoint IdentityIQ enhancements, backlog items, customizations, debugging, workflow development, connector updates, release management, and post-deployment support while collaborating closely with client engineering teams., * Work directly with the client team on daily and weekly SailPoint IdentityIQ development and support activities.
- Manage and prioritize existing SailPoint IdentityIQ JIRA backlog items.
- Develop, debug, and enhance Java-based SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions and features.
- Modify and maintain custom SailPoint rules, workflows, and connectors.
- Perform release management activities including code tagging and deployment preparation.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Collaborate with client engineers and developers to optimize SailPoint IdentityIQ functionality.
- Provide post-deployment production support and bug fixes.
- Address backlog issues, code enhancements, debugging activities, and feature enablement.
- Support IAM/IGA operations across SailPoint, Okta, Active Directory, AWS, and Azure environments.

- Experience supporting production deployments and post-release activities.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Additional Notes:
- Candidate must be available for full-time employment.
- Strong hands-on development experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ is required.
- Experience with both IAM and IGA implementations is highly preferred.
- Direct client interaction and collaboration will be a key part of the role.
