SAP Consultant (Oil & Gas)

CrewDog.ai SAP Flying Squad is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with strong Oil & Gas experience to support digital transformation projects for a Dubai based energy business.

This is a remote role supporting operational, maintenance, asset management, supply chain, and finance functions within a complex Oil & Gas environment.

You will work closely with operational stakeholders, engineering teams, maintenance leaders, procurement, and project functions to improve SAP processes, optimise workflows, and support transformation programmes across the energy value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP functional consulting within an Oil & Gas environment

• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions

• Configure and optimise SAP business processes

• Support SAP upgrades, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives

• Work closely with operations, engineering, maintenance, procurement, finance, and project teams

• Support testing, documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement

Do you have experience in Relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Proven SAP consulting experience within Oil & Gas or Energy

• Experience in one or more of the following:

• SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)

• SAP MM (Materials Management)

• SAP FICO

• SAP EAM / Asset Management

• SAP S/4HANA

• SAP IS Oil (desirable)

• Strong understanding of upstream, downstream, LNG, refinery, EPC, offshore, shutdown, maintenance, or asset intensive environments

• Experience in implementation, optimisation, migration, support, or transformation programmes

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Comfortable working remotely while supporting Gulf business hours

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting Middle East or international Oil & Gas projects

• SAP certification desirable but not essential

• Experience working with operational and maintenance teams in asset intensive industries
