Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft AI ecosystem, including M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, AI Services, Power Platform, and SharePoint.This role requires a strong blend of AI/ML engineering, enterprise solution architecture, and Microsoft platform expertise to design, develop, and deploy intelligent, scalable solutions that transform business productivity and automation., * Implement and deploy solutions leveraging Azure AI Foundry and Azure Machine Learning

• Utilize Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and AI Services for advanced AI solutions
• Implement responsible AI practices (governance, security, compliance)
• Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Develop custom copilots, plugins, and AI extensions aligned with business workflows
• Integrate Copilot capabilities across Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
• Build conversational AI experiences using natural language processing (NLP)
• Integrate AI capabilities into low-code/no-code platforms
• Automate complex workflows and business processes
• Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions

Pay: $170,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year

Do you have experience in Web services design?, * 10-12 years of overall experience in software engineering / AI / data engineering

• Hands-on experience with:
• M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio
• Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI
• Azure Machine Learning
• Azure Cognitive Services / AI Services
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
• SharePoint Online & Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or JavaScript
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures
• Solid understanding of:
• NLP and generative AI
• Model lifecycle management (MLOps)
• Data engineering and pipelines
