Frontend Developer

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Frontend Developer to join our client ! In this role, you will be building and enhancing our in-house applications using React, javascript and .net core technologies. Primary responsibilities of Team Member will be to design and develop various modules, in collaboration with other team members and SMEs from various Business areas. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects using a diverse set of technologies and frameworks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment., * Translate application user stories and use cases into functional application modules

• Design, build, & maintain applications using Javascript, React or C#.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
• Develop new tools/modules which improve productivity of Clinicians thus improving quality of patient care
• Enhance various analytics software components enabling better revenue collection
• Research emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them in providing efficient operational software solutions
• Enhance our current Mobile applications(iOS/Android platform), used by our field personnel and physicians, to enable easier access to Patient data and thus improving overall Patient Care.
• Perform Data Modeling to ensure solutions cover various Business and Operation scenarios.
• Mentor & Support other developers
• Perform data modeling and flow specifications
• Actively participate in Team code review and strive towards developing consistent coding standards for the team.
• Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelors degree preferred

• 2-3 years of professional experience building complex, production-grade web applications
• Experience with C#/React/Javascript and a good understanding of its ecosystems.
• Familiarity with the .NET framework/various React libraries
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Skill for writing reusable libraries
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns (Eg. Agile, Waterfall)
• Familiarity with relational databases like Oracle, Microsoft SQL server or MySQL
• Strong skillset for writing clean, readable code
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (CVS, VSS or TFS)
• Experience with JIRA to enable tracking of development tasks
• EMR and Claims Knowledge a plus but not mandatory
• Should be analytical and have good problem solving skills
• Experience with CI/CD tools would be a plus
• Experience with using AI Dev tools like Cursor
