Job description
- Develop and execute adoption strategies and roadmaps for Microsoft 365 and AI products, ensuring alignment with client priorities and business outcomes.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops on Microsoft 365 tools (Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, Yammer) and related topics (AI tools, security awareness, governance).
- Act as Customer Success Manager for our SaaS adoption and cybersecurity learning platforms.
- Facilitate live events (virtual and in-person) showcasing Microsoft 365 value and best practices.
- Manage project execution, including tasks, timelines, and budgets.
- Build strong client relationships and set clear expectations with a proactive, professional approach.
- You are passionate about Microsoft and AI technology and eager to help organizations unlock its full potential.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop adoption strategies and change plans (communications, training, champions programs).
- Define success metrics, track adoption progress, and prepare impact reports.
- Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) to guide clients through transformation.
- Identify change impacts and create plans to help employees embrace new ways of working.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and other M365 apps.
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Amazon Quick, etc.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; comfortable leading sessions via video or in person.
- Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of change management principles and experience applying them in real-world scenarios.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Certified Trainer certification
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance, permissions, security.
- Experience designing and rolling out SharePoint intranets or Teams collaboration environments, and experience with migration projects.
- Multi-language skills.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
