DWP Software Engineer

Stefanini Group is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer specializing in Azure Automation Solutions to join our increasing team. The role focuses on digital workplace transformation, combining Azure, ServiceNow integration, AI and M365 automation to improve operational efficiency, governance and user experience., * Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Azure Automation solutions;

• Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research and analysis;
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer requirements;
• Design and implement automation frameworks using:
• PowerShell scripting
• ServiceNow integrations
• Microsoft 365 APIs and tooling
• Configure azure resources and automation components;
• Develop and design automation logic diagrams, workflows and backend processes;
• Document end-to-end solution design and technical flows;
• Create, prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects customer needs and business goals;
• Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Support UAT preparation and validation alongside project team;
• Work closely with stakeholders, including sales, business leaders, customers and teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment;
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure successful product delivery;
• Provide guidance and support to more junior team members throughout the product lifecycle;
• Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and acceptance criteria;
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor products and emerging technologies in AI.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and productivity;
• Analyze product performance data and customer feedback for continuous improvement;
• Drive iterative development and continuous delivery practices., We provide a broad portfolio of solutions, combining innovative consulting, marketing, mobility, personalized campaigns and artificial intelligence services with traditional solutions such as service desk, field service, and outsourcing (BPO).

• O365 basic knowledge (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams);
• One more programing/scripting language knowledge in addition to PowerShell (Phyton, C# /development background, .net);
• Power Bi, Power platform (designing and building various reporting dashboards and widget formulas);
• Previously working using Sprint Lifecycle approach;
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
