Senior Lead Systems Support Engineer

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sr Lead Tech Support Engineer to oversee the design, support, optimization, and security of client infrastructure environments. This role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, helping guide engineering standards, mentor technical staff, and serve as a senior escalation point for complex client environments.

Do you have experience in Windows support?, The ideal candidate has strong experience in managed services, Microsoft environments, cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and virtualization, along with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., · 5+ years of experience in managed services, cloud infrastructure, or systems engineering

· Strong experience with:

o Microsoft 365 and Azure

o Windows Server and Active Directory

o VMware or Hyper-V virtualization

o Networking, firewalls, VPNs, and switching

o Backup and disaster recovery solutions

o Endpoint security and cybersecurity best practices

· Experience supporting multi-client MSP environments preferred

· Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and escalations simultaneously

Preferred Certifications

· Microsoft certifications (Azure, M365, Windows Server)

· VMware certifications

· CompTIA Network+, Security+, or similar

· Fortinet, Cisco, or other networking/security certifications, * Do you have experience e working for a Managed Services Provider, * System administration: 5 years (Required)
