Inspector - Housing Choice Voucher Program (PT)

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Computer skills?, Part-time; 29 hrs/wk. within normal business hours of 8a-4:30p, M-F. NorthBridge Housing Solutions/North Little Rock Housing Authority is seeking applicants for the position of PT Inspector. Experience with Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8/Public Housing programs preferred.

Candidates must have demonstrated computer experience, be detail-oriented, demonstrate a stable work history, and have good communication skills. Daily duties include conducting housing unit inspections to ensure compliance with Housing Quality Standards/NSPIRE; processing tenant approvals; logging/reporting - scheduling, follow-up, status reports; and other duties as assigned.

Candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently, with others, and be willing to work with a diverse population. Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping. Must be able to tolerate heat and cold weather. Possession of a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record required.
