Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of WordPress, WordPress multisite environment, including theme development, plugin development, deployment, and security.
  • Knowledge of web standards (e.g. W3C, WCAG 2.0, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, CSS, XML, web architecture, etc.) as well as API specifications and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience providing customer support and/or writing documentation for products and services.
  • Experience working in a diverse, team-oriented environment., * Experience leading training workshops, public speaking, or in-person technical support.
  • Project and task management, including long-term planning and prioritization.
  • Experience with Git / GitHub (or equivalent source version control solution).
