Job description

Monitor production applications and system performance
Troubleshoot technical and application issues
Work with Development, QA, and Support teams
Analyze system trends and report issues
Help maintain stable and reliable cloud-based applications

Requirements

Do you have experience in XML?, * 3+ years of application support or technical operations experience

Experience with Microsoft Server platforms
Knowledge of MS SQL Server in a production environment
Experience with XML, HTTPS, .NET, and client-server applications
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with Linux command line (CLI)
Ability to document processes and procedures
