Job description

We have an opening for a dynamic Entry Level ETL Developer who is passionate about what they do and looking to gain a wealth of experience with different database and development technologies. This position will primarily support our Enterprise Data Store processes and internal business analytic operations. We are a data driven company and are excited about the limitless use for actionable insights that can be achieved through skillful data manipulation.   • Use Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) tools to load data into our data warehouse
  • Assistance with ETL process development and data standardization for new file structures
  • Provide support for data analytics and reporting
  • Perform testing and data validation
  • Documentation of key workflows and processes
  • Maintain appropriate security standards with respect to data storage and communications
  • Be available to assist with other exciting projects as needed

Requirements

Do you have experience in Writing skills?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, The ideal candidate will possess SOME of the following skills and have a desire to learn about the others:

  • Working knowledge of SQL syntax and database design fundamentals
  • Experience with Transact-SQL for writing queries or stored procedures
  • Exposure to SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages
  • ETL process experience, including working with text file manipulation or data mapping
  • Understanding of Data Warehouse topics (ETL, analysis tools, etc…)
  • Microsoft Power BI experience or exposure
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Analytic Workflows
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or other cloud-based data management platforms, * BA/BS or other equivalent degree or experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Solid interpersonal skills and demonstrated capacity to work in a small team or independently as necessary
  • Accuracy and precision in work are a must
  • Strong Analytical Problem-Solving Skills
