Job description

We’re looking for a Senior Specialist on our Partner Integrations team to manage integrations with point-of-sale systems and aggregators used by our top restaurant partners. Externally, you’ll serve as the Technical Account Manager representing Integrations at DoorDash. Internally, you’ll strategize with our cross-functional DoorDash teams to build & operate world class integrations. This will include technical project management, go-to-market initiatives, data analysis, issue triaging, and client relationship management. You will report into a Manager on our Partner Integrations team which is a part of DoorDash’s Merchant Strategy & Operations organization., * Own the success of our Partner integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, third party partners, and internal business stakeholders

  • Identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related issues
  • Serve as the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our partners, leading implementation and process improvement
  • Partner with product, engineering, and growth operations to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis and develop strategies to build and scale our integration platform, transforming strategies into operational experiments.
  • You’ll help define the integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations ownersYou’ll use AI tools to automate manual processes, build new prototypes and develop product visions. You will push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI in your day-to-day work, and share what you learn with the team.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * You balance execution and leadership - you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves on complex integrations while coaching others to do the same

  • You’re an operator at heart - you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and take ownership to drive initiatives from zero to one
  • You think cross-functionally - you can align engineering, product, and operations teams while keeping external partners informed and supported
  • You’re a structured problem solver - you break down complex technical and operational challenges into root causes and define clear action plans to resolve them
  • You manage complexity well - you’re experienced in juggling multiple workstreams, navigating resource constraints, and staying focused on outcomes
  • You see the forest and the trees - you have a keen eye on the details, but you also define long-term strategies that scale and compound over time
  • You’re analytical and data-driven- you use metrics and analysis to prioritize, identify issues, and influence product direction
  • You’re a great communicator - you tailor your message for technical and non-technical audiences, building trust across all levels, * 2+ years of experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, technical account management, strategy & operations, or related fields, with a track record of owning complex, high-impact initiatives
  • Strong technical fluency, especially in API-based integrations, with the ability to speak comfortably with product, engineering, and external partners
  • Proven experience managing others, with strong people leadership instincts even in hybrid IC/Manager roles
  • Experience driving results in cross-functional environments with competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate capacity trade-offs, manage risk, and communicate priorities to senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience working with tools like SQL to support analysis and issue investigation
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
