SAP SD Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Logistics Execution - Transportation (LE-TRA) and Transportation Management (TM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementations, Application Management Services (AMS), and support operations, ensuring seamless execution of order-to-cash and transportation processes across SAP landscapes., End-to-End Implementation

• Lead and deliver full lifecycle implementations in SAP SD along with LE-TRA and TM
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure and customize SAP SD and transportation modules based on business needs
• Manage integrations with MM, FI/CO, WM/EWM, and TM systems
• Support testing phases including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities

SAP SD Functional Expertise

• Configure and support core SD processes:
• Order Management
• Pricing and Billing
• Shipping and Delivery
• Handle output determination, credit management, and partner determination
• Resolve complex SD-related issues and enhancements

LE-TRA / Transportation Management (TM)

• Configure and support shipment processing, freight planning, and execution
• Work on route determination, shipment costing, and freight settlement
• Support SAP TM functionalities such as freight order management and planning
• Ensure efficient integration between SD and transportation processes

Application Management Services (AMS)

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SD, LE-TRA, and TM modules
• Manage incident, change, and problem management processes
• Ensure system performance, stability, and SLA adherence
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization

Support Operations

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP SD and logistics modules
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions
• Monitor interfaces and job failures, ensuring timely resolution
• Support business users in daily operations and issue resolution

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams
• Conduct requirement workshops and solution walkthroughs
• Provide user training and documentation

• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• LE-TRA (Logistics Execution - Transportation)
• SAP TM (Transportation Management)
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and logistics processes
• Experience with integration across SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, EWM/WM)

Technical & Functional Expertise

• Experience in S/4HANA environments preferred
• Knowledge of pricing, billing, shipping, and transportation workflows
• Familiarity with EDI, IDoc, and integration scenarios
• Understanding of SAP best practices and solution design

Experience

• Minimum 13+ years of SAP SD experience with exposure to LE-TRA and TM
• Proven track record in:
• End-to-end implementations
• AMS and support projects
• Experience working in remote/global delivery models

Certifications (Mandatory)

• Valid SAP Certification in one or more of the following:
• SAP SD (Sales and Distribution)
• SAP Transportation Management (TM)
• SAP S/4HANA Sales

Nice to Have

• Experience with Advanced TM or embedded TM in S/4HANA
