Enterprise Systems Developer _ Epicor ERP

Anchor Fabrication is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Developer to support and enhance our Epicor ERP environment, SQL Server databases, integrations, reporting tools, and internal business applications.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, building practical solutions, and working directly with operations, finance, engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing teams. While Epicor ERP will be a primary focus, this position offers the opportunity to work across multiple business systems and technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Support and develop solutions within Epicor ERP (Kinetic and E10)
• Create BAQs, dashboards, BPMs, reports, and customizations
• Develop and maintain integrations between Epicor and other business systems
• Build and support internal applications using C#, .NET, Blazor, and SQL Server
• Participate in ERP upgrades, implementations, and system improvement projects
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support
• Work with business leaders to understand needs and deliver practical solutions, * Small, collaborative IT team with broad exposure to the business

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Do you have experience in T-SQL?, Required

• 5+ years of Epicor ERP development experience
• Experience with BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and Epicor customizations
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Experience with C# and .NET development
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

• Manufacturing industry experience
• SSRS reporting experience
• EDI integrations
• Epicor Cloud experience
• ERP upgrade and data migration experience, * Are you authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship?
• This position has a base compensation range starting at $95,000 - $115,000. What compensation are you targeting?
• Will you be able to work hybrid, regularly commuting to one of our manufacturing facilities in either Fort Worth, TX or LaVergne, TN?
