Job description

We’re hiring senior iOS Developers for a collaborative team that values craftsmanship and curiosity. This position is onsite in our Menlo Park, CA office (minimum 3 days a week). We’re looking for engineers who understand performance, architecture, and the nuances of Apple’s frameworks like true craftsmen.

What You’ll Do:

  • Architect and build robust, scalable iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI
  • Write clean, testable, maintainable code with emphasis on performance and reliability
  • Dive deep into Apple APIs (Local Authentication, Common Crypto, etc.)
  • Optimize performance using profiling tools and concurrency strategies
  • Mentor developers and shape technical culture
  • Use AI tools to accelerate development

Interview Process:

  • Phone screen covering: *

  • Swift language depth (concurrency, generics, protocol design)
  • Apple APIs & Frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Authentication Services, WebKit)
  • Apple ecosystem (CI/CD, performance tuning, app signing, crash analysis, architecture decisions)

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
