Job description
The Software Engineer designs, builds, and improves software solutions that support TECZZ products and customers. As part of a collaborative engineering team, this role takes ownership of work, delivers high-quality solutions, and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
· Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Python, Rust, Dart, and modern web technologies (React, Flutter).
· Build new features, enhance existing systems, and help modernize legacy applications.
· Take ownership of work from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
· Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver aligned, high-quality solutions.
· Create and maintain clear documentation for internal and external use.
· Use tools like Jira, Git/Bitbucket to manage work, version control, and team workflows.
· Support internal teams and customers by investigating issues and contributing to solutions.
Requirements
Do you have experience in XML?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, · 1+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a PLC environment.
· Strong ownership mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
· Strong proficiency in one or more programing languages (e.g., JavaScript, Rust, Dart)
· Experience with Git or other version control systems.
· Familiarity with SQL databases.
· Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
· Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
