Director of Information Technology

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible IT leadership experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in cybersecurity, network administration, technology planning, project management, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and team leadership while effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical users. Experience supporting healthcare, nonprofit, Medicaid-funded, or highly regulated environments is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.

This full-time exempt position reports directly to the Executive Director and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through technology leadership in a mission-driven organization. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required to address critical technology issues. A valid Colorado driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation when agency vehicles are unavailable, and successful completion of pre-employment screening are required.
