  • Demonstrable ability to define and document new ways of working, operating models, governance forums, and processes.

  • Experience developing and delivering business readiness, training, communications, resistance management, and sustainment plans.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams in complex telecom environments.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. * Proven experience leading business change workstreams in large-scale transformation programmes within telecommunications service providers, with specific exposure to OSS/BSS or network operations transformations highly preferred.
