Requirements

Do you have experience in T-SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in information technology?, Oracle/SQL Server application development

  • Oracle database administration - patching, upgrade install and support

  • UNIX shell scripting, sftp knowledge

  • Experience with large databases, in the 5-10 TB range

  • Working knowledge of supported platforms, including Linux and Windows Server

  • Ability to stay current with Oracle and SQL Server development tools and related technologies

  • Ability to provide Oracle and SQL Server application development training and mentoring

  • Oracle and SQL Server application and database performance tuning

  • Oracle and SQL Server application and database design and sizing

  • Ability to work closely with the team to support business growth

  • Ability to accurately track and report time spent on assignments

  • Commitment to maintaining the integrity of the organization’s efforts

  • Microsoft office Excel - Pivot tables

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, including strong knowledge of Oracle as the primary platform and Microsoft SQL Server as a secondary platform

  • Ability to build packages, procedures, and functions using PL/SQL and T/SQL to support application and database development

  • Experience with database management tools, utilities, and performance tuning

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into future database features

  • Ability to work from the Westbrook, Maine office during training and onboarding, then follow a hybrid schedule with at least two days per week in the office

  • Residence within a 120-mile commuting distance of the Westbrook, Maine office

  • Microsoft office Excel - Pivot tables
