SAP S/4 Integration/Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 Integration and Development Lead to oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex SAP S/4HANA integrations within our enterprise environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SAP architecture, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and modern cloud computing paradigms. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop scalable integration solutions.
• Architect and implement APIs, web services (SOAP, REST), and microservices to facilitate secure data exchange between SAP S/4HANA and external systems.
• Manage integration projects utilizing cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, leveraging containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes for deployment.
• Oversee the development of custom interfaces using technologies including JavaScript, Angular, React, and ASP.NET frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies, including continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation utilizing UML diagrams, design patterns, and system architecture models.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams to optimize Weblogic, JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere application servers for reliable deployment.
• Implement security best practices related to identity & access management, data encryption, and API security protocols.
• Drive process improvements by adopting agile methodologies and promoting DevOps practices across development teams.
• Support troubleshooting efforts for complex system issues involving SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

Do you have experience in Microservices?, * Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA integration development in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong proficiency in service-oriented architecture (SOA), RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and microservices architecture.
• Deep knowledge of cloud computing platforms including AWS or Azure; experience with cloud architecture design is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, Python, Perl, and ActionScript; familiarity with frameworks like React, AngularJS, Ember.js, Backbone.js.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB; strong SQL/PL-SQL skills.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Visual Studio, Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines; version control using Git or SVN.
• Knowledge of Weblogic, JBoss application servers; experience with WebSphere is advantageous.
• Understanding of software architecture principles including design patterns and system design best practices.
• Experience working within Agile environments; adept at requirements gathering and solution architecture planning.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
