Data Architect/Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Conversion Lead to drive end-to-end data migration and conversion initiatives for enterprise transformation programs. The role involves defining conversion strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless migration of data from legacy systems to target platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data conversion, ETL/ELT processes, data quality management, and hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks for scalable data processing. Experience leading large-scale system implementations and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders is highly desirable.
