Rippling’s Product Specialist team ensures customers see incredible business transformation through Rippling’s most complex products.
Our engagements are consultative. Our specialists deeply understand the customers’ unique pain points, offer creative solutions, and build/set up their Rippling environment to address their needs. Hence, our specialists serve as a bridge between the customer and product teams. They are instrumental in driving adoption.
This role is to manage a team of IT Specialists to drive the exponential impact of LTV and adoption.
The ideal candidate for this role has experience leading teams, building processes and systems, driving operational rigor, implementing IT products (specifically- Apps, MDM, Okta, Azure), and working with cross-functional stakeholders. They must also handle ambiguity, unstructured situations, and scale while leading a team with high standards.
What you will do
- Mentor, hire, and lead a team of IT product specialists.
- Track, monitor & continuously improve performance on key metrics & KPIs
- Work cross-functionally with sales, CX, and product managers to improve adoption, retention, and LTV.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering to continuously improve product functionality based on customer feedback in Implementation
- Organize beta programs and support GTM efforts for IT product launches
- Successfully resolve customer escalations for maximum satisfaction and positive relationships
- Drive customer adoption of key features and best practices
- Continuously evaluate, improve, and streamline internal processes for increased simplicity and efficiency
Requirements
Do you have experience in Team leadership?, * 6+ years of experience implementing IT products.
- 2+ years of professional experience leading a team; passion for supporting and guiding a team’s growth, career progress, and job performance
- Ruthless prioritization and time management
- Data and process-centric leader with attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems
- Flexible to scaling and changing organizations and responsibilities
- Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
- Experience in growing teams with a learning mindset, people-first attitude, and strong sense of responsibility for your domain

2.12.1 out of 5 stars Hybrid work $99,900 - $166,500 a year - Full-time, This role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. The salary for US-based employees will be aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.

The pay range for this role is: 99,900 - 166,500 USD per year(US Tier 2) 94,350 - 157,250 USD per year(US Tier 3)
