Network and Systems Specialist

• Provide technical support and customer service to teachers, staff, and students
• Maintain and manage software systems
• Ensure proper cybersecurity systems are in place and configured to ensure network and data security.
• Ensure all servers are up-to-date with required software patches, updates, and releases.
• Monitor and maintain network connectivity, performance, and security across all district sites.

Do you have experience in Technical customer support solution?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related area from an accredited college or university, or IT Certifications.

• Experience with collecting, maintaining, analyzing and evaluating organizational data.
• Experience with supporting, configuring, and maintaining networks and servers.
