IT Director

The Director of IT will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and optimization of all technology related assets and functions in the company. This role will be responsible for overseeing all devices, ensuring security of data and systems, and managing relationships with third-party software and service providers.

Strategy and Leadership

· Develop and own the company’s IT strategy and future technology roadmap in alignment with business objectives

· Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI tools, and recommend investment that improve efficiency and reduce risk

· Establish IT performance metrics and service levels and report regularly to executive leadership

IT Management and Operations

· Responsible for all the technology-related help desk support for the entire company

· Respond in a timely manner to all technology support requests until resolved

· Install and manage core IT infrastructure systems for security, internal communication, device management, and effective internet network connections at all locations

· Develop and implement policies for secure, effective network and device management

· Develop or implement software solutions to help the company manage operations

· Standardize and maintain hardware, software, and network configurations consistently across all company locations

· Manage reliable connectivity and network performance between sites in multiple states

· Establish and maintain disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity plans, including incident-response procedures

· All other IT or technology related items as needed or assigned

External Vendors and Systems

· Assist with the selection and management of external vendors and their software or services

· As needed, help implement, customize, and optimize third party systems or software

Pay: $58,640.81 - $70,621.20 per year
